You can take a look at a project we completed at Coed Brithgwm Barns: This development consisted of three barns that had been partly constructed before we were involved, although without building or planning consent. Despite the inherent difficulties, we produced a plan of action, and we managed to obtained permission in the form of retrospective planning. Today, the barns now have the benefit of planning permission with use as Holiday Cottages - all of these properties are now sold, or on the market under offer.
